We aim to get your custom made orders to you within 4-7 working days. It is usually quicker then this time scale, but as you can understand once your item is with Royal Mail it is out of our hands.
We send all SXC sets via Royal Mail Recorded post so we do have a tracking number available should your parcel take longer then the estimated time then please do contact us we can supply you with this.
Sometimes we have hat silks and a few SXC sets already made up in stock ready to dispatch, these will take less time to arrive if you are in a hurry for you set. Send us a quick message if you would like to know what we have in stock.
Should you not be happy with your purchase from SXC then please do use the contact form below to let us know, we will do our utmost to sort out any problems.
Do you want to return something? No problem!
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 14 days of receiving your original order. Just note down the details of your replacement on the returns form that came with your order.
If you’d like to return your item for an exchange of its size or colour, we’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account. (Custom orders vary contact first) 25% restocking fee for all custom orders that are exchanged
All goods will be inspected on return and must be in new unworn condition.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us must be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsalable condition, we may have to send it back to you in which case return postage will need to be covered.
