Bespoke SXC Neck Straps.
The first equine safety neck strap made from BioThane®, this is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean. Our neck straps are made from Beta® B10 standard which is the closest material in appearance and feel to leather in the Biothane range. It has the advantage over leather in that it is completely maintenance free, so it won’t dry out and go hard if it gets wet, and also unlike plain non-coated webbing collars it won’t hold the water. These come in a huge range of colours and are available to customise with your name, your horses name, business name, team name or logo. You can choose from a range of fasteners and buckles, which makes it the perfect gift too. Pony 120cm Full 145cm PLEASE CHECK YOUR OWN COMPETITION RULES BEFORE WEARING FOR ANY EVENT These are fine to wear for national competition, FEI rules state you must have the neck strap attached to the D rings. Once you have sized the strap to your horse you can cut off the excess with scissors. Due to the nature of this product we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for custom made items. Louise Disney –
I purchased one of these neck straps a couple of months ago as I often hack alone and thought if something was too happen to my horse or me there could be a chance no one would know who to contact to help us. I therefore had an emergency contact number put on the neck strap and I am so glad I did as this literally saved the day a few weeks ago. I was out hacking on my own having a lovely time going through some fields and the next thing I know I was waking up on the floor with my horse no where in site and I still have no recollection of what happened. Thanks to this neck strap my horse was caught heading for home and the emergency contact number on her neck strap was phoned by the kind person who caught. My emergency contact was then able to come and rescue the horse and find me sitting dazed in a field. Thankfully we both survived to tell the tale (what I can remember of it) and my horse wasn’t injured and I got away with just concussion. The outcome could have been a whole lot worse if I didn’t have this neck strap on my horse so I highly recommend anyone who hacks out, especially on their own, to purchase one and have an emergency contact number put on it as it can literally save the day. It is money very well spent so thank you SXC.
